Frequently Asked Questions

We have set out to create an easy to access common place where members of the worldwide NMR community can share and advertise information about their resources, research, business, events, jobs etc., and which helps to spread the knowledge and use the resources in NMR efficiently.

By asking contributors to register first we can validate content and keep the quality of the information on this site high and as reliable as possible. The benefits of registration for the user are access to all the tools needed to create and manage content, and access to otherwise protected content and functionality.

In short: we are very strict about privacy and data security. All your account data are kept strictly private and will under no circumstance be shared with third parties without your explicit prior consent. Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on registration on this site does not include giving consent to us to share any account information with third parties.

We have implemented high level security mechanisms on the website and its databases to protect the information from unauthorized access, and will make every effort to keep your data secure.

Content created by yourself will be public from the moment you publish the data and is your own responsibility.

All your account information and content can be managed from the Account toolbar on the top of the page (visible after login).

The account toolbar consists of

  • Add content - for quickly adding various types of content
  • My marketplace - for adding and managing your marketplace items
  • My resources - for adding and managing your resources
  • My files - for adding and managing your files, such as images and scripts
  • My orders - for an overview of any order that you may have placed
  • My shopping cart - shows the current contents of your shopping cart
  • MY ACCOUNT - redirects to My profile, which shows your personal account information.

Clicking on any of the Account toolbar items will bring you to the My account page, which is subdivided in tabs for managing the different categories of account data above.

To add marketplace items you need to be logged in to the system. If you don't have an account yet you can create one by registering.

After login, there are several ways to add a new marketplace item:

  • use the link + Add new marketplace item on the marketplace.
  • go to "Add content" on the Account toolbar on the top of the page, and select "Marketplace item".
  • go to "My marketplace", and add a new marketplace item. Here you can also manage your marketplace items: Edit, Clone, Delete, and Publish or Unpublish marketplace items.

To add resource items you need to be logged in to the system. If you don't have an account yet you can create one by registering.

After login, there are several ways to add a new resource:

  • use the link + Add a new resource on the NMR resources.
  • go to "Add content" on the Account toolbar on the top of the page, and select the resource type that you want to add, for example "Article".
  • go to "My resources", and add a new resource. Here you can also manage your marketplace items: Edit, Clone, Delete, and Publish or Unpublish resources.

Partner institutes are eligible for 50% discount on course fees for their employees in courses organized by our company. Discounts of 50% also apply for all banner advertisements placed on our website. Partner status is rewarded to institutes that

  • are collaborating within large (EU) projects
  • organize their training through our course management system
  • order services of significant size
  • actively promote our services in the NMR community

Institutes can apply for partner status by registering their institute on our site, and sending a separate request to office@spronknmr.eu explaining how they intend to contribute to our activities.

You can delete your account by sending an email from your account's general email address to support@spronknmr.eu. Please specify your username and full name in the content. You will be sent a confirmation of your request before we delete the account. 

Any current user data of your account will be deleted immediately from the site. Your user data in our backup system will be automatically deleted when older than 6 months, after which restoring your account is impossible.
